I offer simple tools to help you feel more grounded — in your space and in yourself. This isn’t a business arm with a set schedule or services list — it’s an open space where I share what’s helped me, in case it helps you too.
On my YouTube channel, you’ll find free content focused on grounding, clearing, and calming your energy — whether you’re navigating a move, a major life shift, or just feeling off. I also created a prompted self-help journal for connecting mind, body, and soul — available as a digital download for anyone who wants a deeper reset. While I don’t currently offer ongoing Reiki sessions, I’m always open to requests when I have the capacity. I also offer home clearings by request for those who want to shift the energy in their space with more intention.
