Who I am & how i work for you
Hi, I’m Erin Pulver — a licensed real estate salesperson, Reiki Master, and lifelong Capital Region local.
I’ve spent over a decade in real estate and one thing has always been clear to me: people come first. Buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction — it’s a life shift. My job is to help you move through it with clarity, confidence, and steady support, not pressure or salesy nonsense.
I work with buyers and sellers across the Capital Region who are ready for intentional change. Buyers who are engaged and want real guidance. Sellers who value honesty, thoughtful strategy, and data-driven decisions. I take the time to understand what actually matters to you so the process feels grounded and manageable — not overwhelming or rushed.
What makes my work a little different is that it doesn’t stop at real estate. Alongside buying and selling, I also offer in-home Reiki sessions, group Reiki, and home energy clearings. These services support people who are navigating transitions and want to feel more settled, clear, and at ease — whether you’re moving, staying put, or simply needing a reset.
As a Ballston Spa local and a mom of two, this community is home in every sense of the word. I believe home is about more than square footage or finishes — it’s about how a space supports your life. I love being a resource well beyond closing day, whether that’s sharing local favorites, peaceful nature spots, or being someone you can reach out to when questions pop up down the road.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outside, painting, or spending time with my daughters and our rescue pup, Monkey. Everything I do — in business and in life — is rooted in balance, honesty, and helping people move forward with confidence.
