Hi! I'm Erin Pulver, a licensed real estate salesperson. I’ve spent over a decade in real estate and if there’s one thing I’ve learned in that time, it’s that people always come first. For me, helping clients buy or sell a home is more than a transaction, it’s about guiding them through one of life’s biggest transitions with clarity, confidence and genuine support.
I work with both buyers and sellers across the Capital Region and beyond. Whether it’s a first-time buyer searching for the right fit, a growing family needing more space, or a seller ready for their next chapter, I take the time to understand what matters most. My clients know me as detail-oriented and straightforward, but also grounded and approachable. My goal is to make the process feel clear, manageable and even exciting, while protecting their best interests every step of the way.
As a Ballston Spa local and mom of two, I’m deeply connected to this community. Real estate, to me, isn’t just about finding a house — it’s about creating the right foundation for the life you want to build. I love being a resource long after closing day, whether that’s sharing favorite local businesses, hidden nature spots, or simply being available for questions down the road.
Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me outdoors, painting, or spending time with my daughters and our rescue pup, Monkey. My life and my work are both rooted in balance, connection and helping others move forward with confidence.
