As a certified Usui Reiki Master, my approach to alignment is simple and practical. It’s about slowing down, clearing what no longer serves you and creating space to feel steady, present and supported in your everyday life.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy healing that supports your body’s natural ability to rebalance and regulate itself. It works by calming the nervous system, clearing energetic stagnation and creating space for physical, emotional and mental clarity.
You don’t need to “believe” in Reiki for it to be effective. Many people experience it simply as deep relaxation, a quieting of the mind, a softening of tension, or a feeling of being more grounded and present. From there, your body does what it knows how to do best. Energy healing doesn’t force change or tell your body what to do. It supports what’s already trying to happen.

These in-person offerings support clarity, grounding, and energetic reset during times of stress, change, or transition. Sessions take place in your home or workspace and help you feel more settled, present, and supported — in your body and your environment. Services include private Reiki, two-person sessions, group Reiki, and in-home energy clearings. This gentle, practical, client-led work creates space for your system to reset naturally.

A 45-minute Reiki session (plus 15 minutes for setup and breakdown) in the comfort of your home or workspace. These sessions support grounding, clarity, and energy balance, helping you feel more present and centered.

Share the benefits of Reiki with this 1.5 hour session where both participants receive Reiki in a shared space. This session is ideal for grounding together during life transitions or simply enjoying a supportive, calm experience.

$200 if you are within 30 minutes of Ballston Spa
+$25 within 30-4
+$50 within 45 min-1 hour

Clears stagnant or heavy energy from your home and restores flow, calm and alignment. Ideal for new beginnings, post-transition healing, or when a space no longer feels supportive.
Available as a standalone service for $100, or added to an in-home Reiki session for $75.
For this service the home must be clear and unoccupied (including pets). When combined with Reiki, the clearing is completed first while the home is unoccupied followed by your Reiki session in the cleared space.

Group Reiki sessions provide a calming, restorative experience that supports clarity, grounding and connection. Participants relax on mats while guided through a grounding meditation, followed by Reiki facilitated throughout the group. Sessions are ideal for wellness gatherings, girls’ nights, and workplace resets.
